Position Description

The AVP of Partnership Solutions is a valuable member of the corporate sales team responsible for leading account management and activation across all corporate clients. Managing two coordinators, this role will serve as the client services point of contact for all national and regional partners interfacing with internal and external resources to ensure that contract obligations are met and exceeded, and exceptional service is delivered. This position will establish a best-in-class service department that helps drive and grow successful partnerships.  Exceptional project management expertise and a maniacal attention to detail is required.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Establish vision for account management team including accountabilities and measures of success.

  • Manage relationships with brand partners including interaction with clients, agencies and vendors for development and implementation of their activation and promotional activities.

  • Host weekly planning/activation status calls with partners.

  • Implement and communicate program timelines to meet goals and deadlines.

  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their sponsored programs.

  • Act as the liaison with other departments to facilitate and ensure accuracy of all partner element activation.

  • Communicate contract deliverables to Huddle call center.

  • Work across departments to gain approvals for all programs.

  • Deliver research and insights across industry and brand categories for sales team.

  • Develop post program evaluations and proof of performance reports for all partners.

  • Assist in the collection of accounts receivable as it relates to client and vendor invoices.

  • Assist in the payment to vendor as it relates to any partnership solutions expenses.

  • Create survey, email blast, and call brief content for affiliates to evaluate overall program feedback.

  • Supervise weekly status report updates for Huddle leadership.

  • Support product development process including research, ideation, test/learn programs and refinement to create new platforms that can be taken out to the marketplace.

  • Assist with proposals and new business pitches including creative direction, content, and idea generation.


  • University degree required, preferably in marketing/sport management, communications, business administration or related field.

  • Established track record and a mastery of project and time management skills is mandatory.

  • 8+ years of applicable work experience (with management experience preferred).

  • Extreme detail orientation with ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize tasks.

  • Self-disciplined with strong work ethic.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Exceptional customer service focus.

  • Software Used (PowerPoint, Excel, Wrike Workspace, Workfront Proof, Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
