Overview: The Digital Account Management team at GoFan is looking for a hard-working, driven individual that is comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment and seeking to grow their career.

The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for coordinating with schools to help maximize their preparation and execution with GoFan. Working in a team environment with a startup mentality, this position will have the opportunity to grow, collaborate and establish the best course for this department. No two schools are alike and no two days are alike for this position. Digital ticketing with high schools provides a fast-paced work environment with a culture of problem solving and serving schools.

Digital ticketing provides consumers with a convenient way to purchase and redeem tickets online or via a mobile phone. Digital tickets have become increasingly prevalent in the travel, sports and entertainment industries but have yet to materially impact the more than 450 million tickets sold annually to high school sporting events. High school is one of the largest markets in the world that doesn't provide a digital ticketing option for fans.

The Huddle signature product, Huddle Tickets, launched in 2001 and has provided over 1.7 billion physical event admission tickets to more than 10,000 high schools nationally. Huddle now offers GoFan, allowing high school sports fans to purchase event admission tickets digitally.


Overall Responsibilities:   

  • Create game day management structure and comfort for schools using GoFan.

  • Collaborate with digital marketing to demonstrate best social media practices to help schools sell more events/tickets.

  • Encourage schools to use GoFan for more events.

  • Teach high school personnel how to maximize digital ticket sales.

  • Manage data and analytics related to school participation.

  • Troubleshoot and create solutions with schools and fans facing obstacles.

  • Collaborate with Huddle team members to effectively accomplish stated goals and objectives.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Must be a high character individual who operates above reproach.

  • Must embody the Huddle B6 values, including Be Likable, Be Open, Be Generous, Be Faithful, Be Humble, and Be Growing.

  • 1-2 years of experience in event, customer support and/or sales.

  • Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment.

  • Solid copywriting skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Big egos need not apply.

  • Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
