Overview:
Huddle is seeking a hard-working, driven individual that is comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment and seeking to grow their career. 

The Digital Marketing & Communications Manager will work with our GoFan product, a digital ticketing solution for high schools. Digital ticketing provides consumers with a convenient way to purchase and redeem tickets online or via a mobile phone.  

The position will be responsible for strategy and execution related to fan and school marketing and communication. 


Core Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute the components of a digital ticket marketing strategy focused on getting more high schools to use GoFan and more fans to buy digital tickets through GoFan. 

  • Develop copy, scripts, and campaigns for email marketing and social media efforts.

  • Target school personnel and fans with appropriate messaging through email marketing, including automation, list segmentation and triggers. 

  • Manage communication strategy with customers and partners.

  • Educate high school personnel on the benefits of using GoFan. 

  • Teach high school personnel how to market GoFan to their fans. 

  • Promote GoFan directly to consumers to increase ticket purchases. 

  • Suggest improvements on the design, usability, content and conversion points of the GoFan app / website to increase customer traffic and drive online sales.

  • Share reporting and web analytics. 

  • Collaborate with Huddle team members to effectively accomplish stated goals and objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a high character individual who operates above reproach.

  • 1-2 years of experience in related field(s) 

  • Proficient knowledge and demonstrated success in digital marketing disciplines, including email marketing and social media marketing.

  • Demonstrated success increasing digital ticket sales and meeting revenue goals. 

  • Experience in digital content management. 

  • Solid copywriting skills. 

  • Understanding of the principles of design for digital communications.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Big egos need not apply.

  • Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment.

  • Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
