Accounting Manager Position Overview

Chief Operating Officer


Primary responsibility for day-to-day financial activities for Huddle, Inc. and its affiliated businesses. 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (in applicable field)
  • Proficient with Quickbooks software
  • One year of accounting or other finance-related experience

Base Salary:


  • Handle invoicing for Huddle and Impact, and coordinate dissemination to clients under corporate relationship program


Accounts Payable

  • Log bills and schedule weekly vendor payments
  • Respond to vendor A/R inquiries


Accounts Receivable

  • Post payments received and make bank deposits using remote deposit equipment
  • Work with C.O.O. and Dir. of Sales Operations to set monthly collections goal, track progress toward goal, and communicate with appropriate team members regarding weekly progress
  • Make collections contacts (phone and email) as necessary
  • Assist sales staff in providing information necessary for collection of open invoices



  • Manage offline reports in tracking sales goals, and reconcile reports with Quickbooks invoice entries
  • Work with Project Management to develop revenue recognition schedule
  • Provide other reports as requested by C.O.O.



  • Prepare and transmit monthly payroll data to company’s payroll processing vendor (Paychex)


Standard Monthly Accounting

  • Close month-end
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Handle accruals and other journal entries



  • Assist C.O.O. with yearly budgeting and monthly monitoring



  • Prepare sales contracts using provided program templates

Human Resources

  • Assist C.O.O. in management of human resources functions, including benefits administration
