Huddle is seeking a hard-working, driven individual that is comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment and seeking to grow his or her career.  

The Huddle Tickets Manager will work with our Huddle Tickets product, a paper ticketing solution for high schools.  Huddle Tickets provides roll ticket stock to over 8,500 schools across the United States each year and has a presence in schools dating back nearly 20 years.

 The position will be responsible for strategy and execution related to school marketing and communication.  This strategy would include the build-out of a team of full time & part time members to assist in the execution of the Huddle Tickets program.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead activation & implementation of the Huddle Tickets program.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM database training & organization.

  • Create and execute the components of a marketing & communication strategy focused on fulfilling the Huddle Tickets program for the 2020-21 school year and beyond.

  • Hire & manage an outbound call team of full-time employees and interns (projected to begin execution in Spring 2020) to supplement other forms of communication to schools (fax blasts, email blasts, etc.).

  • Implement and communicate the program timelines to meet goals and deadlines.

  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their sponsored Huddle Tickets.

  • Ensure collection of proof of performance reports for all partners, post program.

  • Act as the liaison with other departments to facilitate and ensure accuracy of all partner element activation.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a high character individual who operates above reproach.

  • University degree required, preferably in Marketing/Sport management, Communications, Business

    Administration or related field.

  • Experience in digital content management.

  • Solid copywriting skills.

  • Understanding of the principles of design for digital communications.

  • 1-2+ years of applicable work experience (with management experience preferred).

  • Desire to hire, build, & lead a team from the ground up.

  • Extreme detail orientation with ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize tasks.

  • Self-disciplined with strong work ethic.

  • Demonstrated effective project and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Exceptional customer service focus.
